Steps to help you get results

    1.  Write everything down

            Track your eating, exercising and water intake daily

    2.  Eat the most natural form of any food.

            The least amount of processing the better - fresh over frozen, frozen over canned.

            Whole grains vs processed

    3   Eat more vegetables

            When your food goes on the plate, the vegetable portion should be the biggest

    4.  Look at lables

    5.  Find substitutes

    6   Check your portion sizes

    7.  Track where and why you are eating - is it emotional based eating vs nutritional eating

    8.  Drink a glass of water before putting the snack in your mouth.  Dehyration can trigger the hunger mechanism
