90 day challenge

Beginning JANUARY 1ST -

Set your goals = 1 nutrition 1 strength and 1 weight goal. Markers will be set starting January 1. Log into myfitnesspal.com, and create your profile. Friend me - my user name is dhein -

Be sure to enter all your information in your profile - including your measurements.

 

We will keep in touch weekly for progress and re-evaluate every 30 days. Ends March 31. Good Luck
